Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for our AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and the technological capabilities of 2026.
- Predictive System Design: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines that forecast market trends and user behaviors with high accuracy.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures, ensuring our systems can handle the exponential growth expected by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Advanced LLMs) to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
