Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for 2026-era applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for practical industry use cases
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and error correction systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming and system architecture
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Proven track record in designing scalable quantum systems with error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
