Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit scalability
- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical algorithm development for industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on superconducting and photonic quantum processors
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise deployments
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming and system design
- Present breakthrough findings at premier quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
