Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for real-world commercial applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Research and implement error correction protocols for quantum stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum chip performance
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum circuits
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum error correction techniques
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
