Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead the development of quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptography applications
- Drive quantum software standardization and developer ecosystem growth
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or development with published papers
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum error correction
