Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit operations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum accelerators into cloud infrastructure
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to emerging cryptographic threats
- Collaborate with academia to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Drive quantum roadmaps for pharmaceutical, logistics, and materials science applications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in error correction and coherence optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, ion traps, or topological qubit technologies
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks
