Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-safe cryptographic systems for financial and healthcare sectors
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Partner with hardware teams to co-define qubit scalability roadmaps
- Develop quantum threat intelligence frameworks for zero-trust architectures
- Drive open-source quantum SDK initiatives
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in quantum-native development
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE and ACM conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
- Certification in quantum machine learning (IBM/Google)
- Experience with cryogenic computing systems
- Track record of patenting quantum innovations
