- Architect and oversee the deployment of scalable AI infrastructure designed for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary LLMs and multimodal AI models.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align AI strategy with business goals.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to ensure model efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
