Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum cryptography implementation
- Architect quantum neural networks for AI acceleration
- Establish protocols for quantum-safe data migration
- Optimize quantum error correction algorithms for commercial viability
- Partner with hardware teams to advance qubit stability metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization tools
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Track record of translating quantum theory into commercial applications
