Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise optimization problems
- Lead architecture reviews for 256+ qubit quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum gate set specifications
- Create performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy applications
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum machine learning
- Strong background in superconducting qubit or trapped-ion systems
- Certification in cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, or Google Quantum AI)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
