Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for production environments.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models, focusing on LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical standards are maintained throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant breakthroughs into our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience deploying and optimizing large-scale deep learning models.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, version control, and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
