- Optimize Data Pipelines: Design and implement scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect user data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prototype Future Solutions: Build and test experimental technologies (e.g., autonomous agents, neural interfaces) to validate feasibility for production rollout.
Qualifications
- Expertise in AI/ML: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP technologies.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and microservices architecture.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 5+ engineers and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- System Design: Strong ability to design distributed systems that handle high concurrency, low latency, and massive scalability.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent.
