Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuits for error correction and optimization
- Develop hybrid algorithms combining classical AI with quantum processing
- Lead prototyping of quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Document quantum architectures in patentable frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Publication record in quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting/ion trap)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
