Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit stability
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Implement error-correction protocols exceeding 99.9% fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence and gate performance
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for industrial applications
- Lead security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
