- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Define ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech roadmapping (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research on future technology trends (preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation
