Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology impact assessments using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across markets
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior analysts in future studies methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation or technology strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech forecasting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
