Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, secure, and innovative software architectures that anticipate the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, decentralized ledgers) to inform our long-term product roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype and validate cutting-edge solutions.
- Technical Vision: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for stakeholders and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all innovations adhere to the highest ethical standards and future-proof compliance regulations.
- Prototyping: Rapidly build and iterate on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test the viability of emerging tech trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with or strong interest in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical audiences.
