Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures supporting 1000+ qubit operations by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for pharmaceutical R&D
- Lead quantum machine learning algorithm implementation for climate modeling
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech research partners on quantum supremacy milestones
- Architect quantum-secure blockchain infrastructure for financial services
- Mentor quantum engineers in error correction methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (e.g., IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# programming frameworks
- Demonstrated success in scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
