Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for AI optimization
- Design fault-tolerant quantum systems operating at 10+ qubit coherence
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards for 2026
- Develop quantum simulation tools for climate modeling and drug discovery
- Present breakthroughs at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building quantum computing hardware or software systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D initiatives in quantum technologies
