Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with >1000 qubit capacity
- Develop quantum error correction algorithms for industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and hardware specialists
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum cryptography and secure communication
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting qubit design
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Proven track record of leading technical innovation in emerging tech
