- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Optimize model latency and resource efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on NLP.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs in production environments (e.g., LangChain, RAG architectures).
- Strong grasp of MLOps principles, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
