Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid system performance
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior quantum engineers
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Experience with quantum error correction algorithms
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong background in cryptography or cybersecurity
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
