Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 100+ qubit systems with error correction capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection standards
- Collaborate with research institutions to publish breakthrough quantum computing methodologies
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with industry 4.0 transformation goals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical implementations
