Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable hybrid quantum-classical systems optimized for 2026 computing standards.
- Lead the development of novel quantum algorithms to solve complex, real-world optimization problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to define technical roadmaps.
- Ensure the security and integrity of quantum data transmission and storage protocols.
- Drive the integration of AI and machine learning models directly onto quantum processors.
- Mentor junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Identify emerging trends in quantum computing and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in quantum computing, specifically with frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing languages.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, superposition, and entanglement principles.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale R&D projects.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment.
