Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization challenges
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with 100+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum architectures
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech research partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in quantum error correction protocols
- Track record of leading complex R&D projects to commercialization
