Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for optimization problems in finance and materials science
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve 99.9% fidelity in 2026 systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise AI acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams implementing quantum security protocols
- Conduct performance benchmarking against classical supercomputers
- Author white papers on quantum advantage in machine learning applications
- Manage vendor relationships for quantum hardware components
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical quantum concepts into commercial applications
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
