Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models focusing on autonomous decision-making capabilities for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D to explore emerging technologies and validate hypotheses.
- Define technical roadmaps that align with long-term business strategy and market trends.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are upheld in all new developments.
- Conduct deep-dive research into neural networks, generative models, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI systems from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a visionary mindset.
