Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize stakeholder visions into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven scenarios
- Drive innovation culture through internal thought leadership programs
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical tech domains
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight credentials preferred
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across global markets
- Portfolio showcasing technology commercialization success
