Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in drug discovery and climate modeling
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain systems
- Collaborate with DARPA and NSF on quantum supremacy research initiatives
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum research grants
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one
