Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum neural network architectures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for real-world applications
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Create adaptive machine learning pipelines leveraging quantum advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and AI researchers
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into production-ready systems
- Contribute to quantum AI standards and open-source initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or AI research
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
