- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business opportunities for innovation teams
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurist research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience building and managing foresight programs in tech-forward organizations
