Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum AI integration roadmaps targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Identify emerging quantum computing applications with disruptive commercial potential
- Establish ethical governance protocols for quantum AI decision-making systems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through compelling technical proposals
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor quantum engineers in next-gen algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, etc.)
- Expertise in tensor networks, quantum error correction, and NISQ-era optimization
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and quantum neural networks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum supremacy
- Experience securing government/defense quantum computing contracts
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
