Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure patents for quantum AI methodologies with commercial potential
- Advise on ethical frameworks for advanced autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM/Qiskit, Rigetti/PennyLane)
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in at least one classical ML framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
