Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI with 3+ years post-doctoral research
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with quantum hardware from IBM, Google, or IonQ
