Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and error correction methodologies

- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum AI architectures
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and implementation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum AI system performance
- Secure $2M+ in research grants through compelling technical proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
