Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen computational models
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Author peer-reviewed publications for top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Translate theoretical quantum computing principles into scalable AI solutions
- Establish quantum supremacy benchmarks for commercial applications
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from DARPA and NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Track record of commercializing quantum computing solutions
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures (HPC)
