Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Proven track record of high-impact publications in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and NISQ-era optimization techniques
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
