The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep tech acumen, and can translate complex concepts into actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-year market impact
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for future-focused projects
- Champion a culture of experimental thinking and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or industry disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping (preferred)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation portfolios
