Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for quantum computing initiatives
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Advise C-suite on quantum transition roadmaps for Fortune 100 clients
- Establish partnerships with NASA, IBM Quantum, and MIT's Quantum Engineering Center
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years leading R&D teams with quantum hardware experience
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum supremacy
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility or active clearance preferred
- Track record of securing DoE/NSF grants ($2M+ total)
