- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready frameworks.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Present high-level technical concepts to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of experience in AI architecture, machine learning engineering, or computational linguistics.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in fast-paced startup environments.
- Deep understanding of large language models, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
