Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and technological feasibility.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Quantum Integration: Spearhead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical workflows to solve complex optimization problems.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and research scientists to translate theoretical concepts into deployable solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring transparency and fairness in automated decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of working on cutting-edge or experimental technologies and the ability to adapt to rapid technological shifts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
