Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI and Quantum computing initiatives.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale distributed systems, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Security) to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI models into legacy infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or Quantum computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and neural networks.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
