Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of advanced AI models targeting our 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Mentor and guide an elite team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate cutting-edge frameworks into our tech stack.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and ethical deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops to conceptualize 2026 market disruptors.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), neural networks, and MLOps.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of taking complex AI products from conception to production.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
