- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for sustainable coding and AI ethics.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to validate feasibility for product integration.
- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability for global deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) and NLP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and blockchain technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams and managing technical roadmaps in a fast-paced startup environment.
