Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines focusing on Agentic workflows and Generative AI.
- Lead the research and implementation of Next-Gen LLMs and multimodal models.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Ensure model accuracy, performance, and ethical compliance in all deployments.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure and mentor junior engineers.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from concept to production.
