Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI inference engines capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Design hybrid neural architectures that integrate seamlessly with next-generation cloud and edge computing infrastructures.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel optimization techniques for transformer models and generative diffusion systems.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026-ready applications.
- Mentor a team of elite software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model governance, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Define the technical roadmap for our infrastructure, ensuring we are prepared for the scalability demands of the metaverse and spatial computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with proven experience optimizing low-latency inference pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and container orchestration at massive scale.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, large language models (LLMs), and multimodal AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
