Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum machine learning algorithms and neural network optimization
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications

- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous quantum systems
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE and ACM conferences
- Mentor a team of 15 PhD researchers and quantum engineers
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA and NSF research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning from Tier 1 university
- 8+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum supremacy applications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M
