Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary LLMs and multi-modal AI agents.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce energy consumption in data centers.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
