Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-scale, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Post-Quantum Cryptography.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2026 release cycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed systems.
- Define best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing AI/ML systems, specifically with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless computing.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing scalable APIs and microservices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
