Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy highly scalable, next-generation AI models with a focus on our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to bring futuristic AI solutions to market.
- Define the technical vision and architectural standards for upcoming LLM and multimodal AI integrations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and research papers to maintain our competitive edge through 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical capabilities with overarching business strategies.
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines ensuring security, compliance, and high availability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and business objectives.
- Experience in scaling AI solutions from prototype to enterprise-level production.
